Your Visit Includes :

• A warm welcome drink — our signature hot chocolate

• A guided factory tour offering insights into our chocolate-making process

• A specially curated menu of short eats and beverages

• Indian cocoa range tasting table

• A hands-on engagement activity to make the experience memorable

Factory Protocol:

• No jewellery is permitted inside the factory during the tour (including rings, bracelets, watches, chains, etc.).

• All guests must wear the mandatory protective gear provided before entering the production area.

• Personal Belongings: The management will not be responsible for the loss or misplacement of any personal valuables during the visit. Guests are advised to avoid carrying expensive items.

• Retail Purchases : Any products purchased at the store during or after the visit will be given a special discount of 30%.

• The slot days and timings for the experience tour would be Saturday and Sunday. (  Timings : 11 am to 1:30 pm & 2:30 pm to 5 pm. )
• Bookings will be confirmed after 100% advance payment.

• Reservation must be made at least 2 days prior to the selected visit date. Slots are subject to availability.

Group Bookings

• The booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from the Experience Centre team.
