Your Visit Includes :

A warm welcome drink — our signature hot chocolate
A guided factory tour offering insights into our chocolate-making process
A specially curated menu of short eats and beverages
Indian cocoa range tasting table

Factory Protocol:

No jewellery is permitted inside the factory during the tour (including rings, bracelets, watches, chains, etc.).
All guests must wear the mandatory protective gear provided before entering the production area.
Personal Belongings: The management will not be responsible for the loss or misplacement of any personal valuables during the visit. Guests are advised to avoid carrying expensive items.
Retail Purchases : Any products purchased at the store during or after the visit will be given a special discount of 30%.
The slot days and timings for the experience tour would be Friday, Saturday and Sunday. ( Timings : 11 am to 1:30 pm & 2:30 pm to 5 pm. )
Bookings will be confirmed after 100% advance payment.
