Always LOVED Smoor but not anymore

[UPDATE]:
This gets worse! UNBELIEVABLE!!! After seeing my review, they contacted me to apologise and assure me they'll check what went wrong and make amends. To my repulsive surprise, they offered 10% off on my ~next~ order "as a gesture of goodwill". Goodwill, by luring a customer to order again? That's cheap sales tactic, not goodwill. Not to mention profiteering — first advertising 20% off, then making it 10% then not giving any discount at all. Now, if I order again and I do get a 10% off this time, it translates to an effective discount between less than 1% to max 5% considering I had already spent 1k.

Goodwill would be offering something without expectation of something in return. Not offering with the need me to order more. I'm unable to believe that Smoor, a couverture chocolate brand with high standards is being so cheap right now. Actually, I'm pretty sure Smoor itself can't be this fraudulent. This must be specific to one particular store or locality whose manager is very money driven, without any regard to uphold standards. I'm going to find out who their higher ups might be, and I want to see if they are going to be as cheap as then or whether they are going to knock some lessons of morality, sincerity and integrity within them.

For a premium brand, you are showing a level equivalent to a local fruits vendor who bargains for every 10-20 bucks. Please keep your 5% change. Maybe you can buy a pack of Parle or Britannia biscuits. I'm not this cheap.

This 100-200 bucks isn't what's upsetting. It's like one pastry less in my life. But I ONLY WISH ONE OF MY FAVOURITE BRANDS COULD HAVE HAD BETTER PRINCIPLES AND STANDARDS!!!

[OG Review]:
(1) The cake was good but their customer support is non-existent. They provide a way to reach out to them but when you do, they simply ignore it. Didn't expect such unethical, unprofessional, apathetic indecency from one of my favourite brands.

(2) Next, they advertise on Google that the first order gets 20% discount. When you open the link to their website, it says 10%. Then you're given a coupon code but when you try to use it during checkout, it doesn't accept this code. This is a very shady practice... bordering on fraudulent. Never expected such an amazing and grand company like Smoor to stoop to these levels.

(3) Lastly, despite me having provided my correct address while ordering, they got my address wrong while sending it through Porter. That's such a half-arsed attempt.

All in all, I get the impression that since their brand has established a valuable reputation, their success has gotten to their heads and they don't care to put appropriate effort towards customers anymore. In light of this, it's quite likely that my review will be hidden from public eye, let alone themselves ignoring the feedback.

Rasmalai cake

The actual sponge/base was just about 150-200 gms. It’s was overly filled with a thick layer of cream(I could literally dig half of my finger though the cream) & artificial flavours… Not expected from such renowned brand like this & digging a hole in my pocket for such price totally unworthy :-/
